About
Mike Parsons. Software engineer by trade, accountant by training, data science and platform operations for ten years. In 2025 I built Parsons Cloud alone, a platform of 22 AI-driven products covering phones, email, billing, CRM and deployment. In 2026 I started building the same machinery into other companies.

Why it works
Most automation fails on numbers: it categorizes wrong, matches wrong, totals wrong, and the team stops trusting it. I have closed books. When I build something that moves money, it reconciles against a source and logs it. I know what happens at month-end when it doesn't.
Advice is cheap. I run phones, email, billing, CRM and deployment for real users every day, alone. When I quote a build, I've built that shape before and kept it running. The platform is the résumé.
Fixed prices, written plans, parallel runs before cut-over, and a straight "no" when it isn't my kind of work. One assessment at a time. No account manager between you and the engineer.
Founder-led companies doing $2M–$50M a year. Big enough for real systems and payroll, small enough that the founder feels every wasted hour.
What I bring
Based in the U.S., working with clients anywhere. Weekdays 9–4 Pacific.
Terms
Fixed prices, quoted in writing before work starts. Paid by card or invoice, half up front on builds. No equity, no revenue share, no retainers you can't cancel. Your NDA is fine. Everything built lives on your accounts and you own it.
Twenty minutes on the phone answers it. I'll name the next step and its price, or tell you who to call instead.
