parsons/ai consulting

The platform

Twenty-two products. One engineer.

Parsons Cloud is what I built before I started consulting: an AI-first platform of 22 products covering phone lines with an AI receptionist, email, billing on Stripe, CRM, databases, storage, scheduling and deployment. It runs this site, this inbox, and the number on it. It is also the toolkit I build client work on when it fits, and the $15-a-month self-serve option when a company is too small for consulting.

Proof

What it proves

I ship things that touch money

Billing, prepaid wallets, usage metering, Stripe payouts. Built, audited, and running for real users. The failure modes of money systems are not theoretical to me.

I run phones and email for real

The receptionist that answers (833) 700-7551, the agent that drafts every reply to hello@parsonsai.co, the SMS line: all mine, all in production.

I operate, not just build

Monitoring, incident write-ups, migrations, cost audits. Operating a platform alone is the school for keeping a client's automation alive.

Every night at 2 a.m.

The books tie out, or I get paged.

The same check runs on every client build that moves money: pull what Stripe says, pull what the ledger says, compare to the cent. A zero is silent. Anything else wakes the engineer, not the bookkeeper.

That check is the difference between "we automated billing" and "we automated billing and the numbers are right."

Client builds go on the client's accounts. The platform is used where it saves you money, never to create a dependency on me.

Case study

Own operations

Running a 22-product company's phones, inbox and billing with zero staff

The first case study is the firm itself: what was automated, what a human still does, and what it costs to run.

Start with a 20-minute call.

You describe the problem. I tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and whether I'm the right person. No deck.
